In preparation for the upcoming Spring, 2016 shows, Silk Creations by Janey is back in the studio full time!  I am very excited to be painting new and different pieces.  Several new designs have been created and my time with the incredible women and friends who inspire me have given me new ideas and inspirations!  I am looking forward to introducing several new ideas and will be making the announcement within the week!!!

Silk Creations by Janey is preparing for the Spring Show Season by participating in the 23rd Annual Spring Somerset, NJ Sugarloaf Crafts Festival at the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset, NJ! Janey and her works of art will be in Space #607 on March 11, 12 and 13.  She has been working tirelessly on new works, every one is unique and one of a kind.  PLUS, she will be introducing a new line of products!!!!

This past weekend was an exciting and wonderful event created by Sugarloaf Festival at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA!! So many talented artists were involved and the extraordinary effort by the Sugarloaf team made this a great event!!  The customers saw new and exciting work and the energy was incredible!!! The next event for the Sugarloaf Festival schedule is in Gaithersburg, MD starting on April 15, 2016!  Looking forward to the event!!!

I was an artist at the Sugarloaf Craft Festival at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Gaithersburg, MD this past weekend. The shows bring together so many people. There is an enjoyment in meeting new customers, artists, craftsmen and others during the show days. Well, it has been a long time since I wrote on this blog. Things have been crazy busy with creating, painting, going to shows, following up on everything!!!So, I hope to be better at keeping up my blog posts in the future.I have been asked where I am showing next so here goes!Next show will be at the Three Rivers Art Festival in Pittsburgh, PA.
